Can I order a sample of a design I have seen on your site?
We have a sample order page for you to order samples before you order.
How do I personalise the invite?
Simply send the wording for your invite to us via the website order page and we do the rest.
I have received the proof but need changes, what should I do?
Simply reply to the email with the proof we sent to you stating clearly and concisely what changes are needed.
What should I check on my proofs?
Please check all of the information supplied is correct - such as spelling, wording, address, tel, email address, dates and also check you are happy with the colour scheme (please note, screen colours vary slightly from printed items)
What should I do if I haven't yet received my proof?
Please email us to let us know ASAP and also check your spam/junk folder.
Can I make any changes after I’ve approved the proof?
After you have approved the proof, the artwork would have been sent to print so changes are not possible. If it is essential then we would have to charge a reprint cost for your item/s.
After approving my proof, how long will I wait to receive my order?
As a guide, we like to allow 14 working days but can accommodate earlier dates if necessary.
Can I change the colour of one of your existing designs?
We can change most colours on most designs, please get in touch for info.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel the order within 12 hours of ordering, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once printed, what is the returns policy on your items?
Personalised printed items are non refundable due to the personalisation of the item. If there is a fault with the item then we will look into that issue & rectify as appropriate.
Do you create custom design?
Yes, we can create a custom design based on the brief/info you supply to us. Tell us as much as possible such as what style/theme/size/shape/colour you would like.
